Թեոթորոսեան ծրագիրը կը հետապնդէ յեղափոխական դրօշակներու վերաբերող հետազօտական աշխատանք՝ Հայ Յեղափոխական շարժման պատկանող հարիւրաւոր մարտական դրօշակներու վերականգնման եւ վերակենդանացման նպատակով։ Ծրագիրը հիմնուած է 2020-ին Լէօ Թորոսեանի կողմէն:
