Leo Torosian founded the Teotorosian Initative in 2020.

Realizing that Armenians had a rich and intriguing vexillological history that remained relatively unexplored, he challenged himself to piece together the largely forgotten symbols and stories.

The Teotorosian initiative primarily focuses on the revival of revolutionary flags and banners, in particular the Armenian battle flags from the Armenian Revolutionary movement.
